New Apple Crisp CSS
We’re happy to introduce a new Cascading Style Sheet, CSS, for our website. We’re calling the new style “Apple Crisp” because it is light, airy and, well, crisp as a design. Unlike our other styles to date, Apple Crisp doesn’t stick to our beloved handful of true web-safe fonts. This style calls for Century Gothic or Century first, then requests Gill Sans fonts before asking for web-safe Trebuchet MS. Those with the requested Century Gothic on their computers will be rewarded with a very clean, light-lined look. Please be forewarned that Apple Crisp is not a high contrast style and should perhaps not be used if you have difficulties with your vision or are using a low-quality monitor.

Quirm.net
The Quirm.net site is another hallmark of usable simplicity with plenty of features for accessibility. Verkehrsanwälte
We looked at the Verkehrsanwälte site and immediately two things came to mind: The first was that this was a really professional-looking site, the second thing is there were some missing closing tags. All in all, this website is sizable, complex yet precise, and quite impressive. A new high scorer, in fact, coming tantalizingly close to one of our top-level awards.

Noteworthy
The Noteworthy site was debated on various points as realized by viewing the worksheets submitted by our expert graders, but there were some common-ground high points. The most prominent of these was the site’s build quality. The word “solid” was brought up more than once and that was this site’s biggest merit. The general design aspect was also graded favorably. All in all we like this site and feel it exemplifies well that which we seek. To date, this is now our highest-scoring submission.
